  1. Swiss turning

    Diameter 1–26 mm

Tsugami, Citizen and Star Swiss-type lathes machine slender shafts, spools, pins and sleeves. Turning can be combined with cross-drilling and cross-milling; key dimensions can reach 0.005 mm, depending on the drawing.

  2. Gang-tool turning

    Diameter 1–30 mm

Woen gang-tool lathes machine compact shaft and disc components. Automated loading supports repeat production.

  3. Turret turning

    Up to Ø200 mm

Tsugami, Miyano and Doosan turret lathes machine larger shafts and disc-shaped parts up to 200 mm in diameter.

  4. Five-axis turn-mill machining

    Mori Seiki NT4200 · Nakamura Super NTX · WT150II

Mori Seiki NT4200 and Nakamura Super NTX / WT150II combine turning, milling, drilling and boring in fewer setups. Six-axis robots with 10 kg payloads support automatic loading and continuous production.

  5. Milling

    500–1,100 mm travel

Brother drilling-tapping centers and Doosan, Mazak and Tongtai machining centers mill, drill, ream and tap plates, housings, valve bodies and fixtures. Travel ranges from 500 to 1,100 mm; typical precision is 0.005–0.01 mm.

  6. Finishing and threads

Grinding · honing · abrasive flow finishing

In-house centerless grinding finishes shaft diameters; vertical and horizontal honing finishes bores. Abrasive flow finishing removes burrs from internal passages. Thread whirling and rolling support screws, worms and special threads; simple welding and preassembly are also available.

Inspection and quality

Parts are checked against your drawing

Inspection is part of the process, in a dedicated room with workstations for dimensional checks.

  1. 01

    Drawing review

Before machining, we read dimensions, tolerances, surface requirements and inspection notes, and raise questions early.

  2. 02

    Dimensional checks

Parts are measured at inspection workstations against the drawing, in a room set aside for the work.

  3. 03

    Inspection reports

Reports are provided where agreed. Tell us which dimensions and format you need when you request a quote.

How we inspect

Drawing to production

What happens after you send a drawing

OEM work and component-level drawing and process development are supported.

Send a drawing
  1. STEP 1

    Drawing review

Send your drawing with material and quantity. We check geometry, tolerances and finish.

  2. STEP 2

    Process confirmation

We confirm the machining route, finishing and inspection plan with you.

  3. STEP 3

    Sample

A sample or small batch is machined and checked, typically in 20–30 days.

  4. STEP 4

    Batch inspection

Production runs follow the approved process, with reports where agreed.

Typical sample and production lead time is 20–30 days, confirmed per order.

All questions
What should I send to get a quote?

Send your drawing with the material, quantity and any finishing, plating or inspection requirements. A link to the drawing is enough to start. We review the drawing before confirming a process route and price.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantities generally start at 10–50 pieces depending on the component. The four listed railway, robot reducer, automotive and electronic product families normally start at 50 pieces. Please discuss hydraulic components, prototypes and smaller batches with us.

How long do samples and production take?

Typical sample and production lead time is 20–30 days. The exact time depends on the part, material and quantity, and is confirmed per order.

What precision can you hold?

Typical precision is 0.005–0.01 mm. Tighter figures apply to specific product families and drawings, for example ±0.005 mm for electronic connectors and flanges, and ±0.002 mm with Ra 0.1–0.4 μm for hydraulic components. Each is confirmed against your drawing.

Can I receive inspection reports?

Material certificates, in-process inspection records and finished-part inspection reports are available. Tell us which documents, dimensions and report formats you need when requesting a quote.
